We have assisted in many change programmes, so we understand the importance of supporting individuals during transitional periods of change from the initial shock to the full integration.

“Mystery Shopping” and “Customer Satisfaction Monitoring” are used globally to measure the quality of service delivery. “Employee Engagement” is used by businesses to understand what is going on internally. We create and implement the research project to suit. It is not a ‘one size fits all’; every project is different. This enables you to use the information gathered to make the right decisions.

Engaging and  Memorable 

Activities and fun are at the ‘CORE’ of our training sessions, so all coaching is based on the fundamental of ‘creating the right learning environment’. We don’t tell attendees the right answers; instead we explore together and build self-confidence.

Michelle Tye

Michelle has in excess of 25 years’ experience working in the corporate world for a leading building society; she finished her career there as Head of I.T. Development. She is an international speaker with a passion for delivering first-class service by streamlining policy and procedures. She was a leading ‘trouble shooter’ because of her ability to recognise detail whilst understanding the bigger picture. Michelle is passionate about relationships, whether between internal divisions of a business or the focus on the customer.

Andrew Brakenbury

Andy has in excess of 30 years’ experience holding senior positions within SMEs that primarily focused on increasing revenue and reducing costs. He passionately believes that the platform of any growth is the relationship between the business and its customers, so the business that develops a trusted relationship with its customers is way ahead of the business that just has a transactional relationship.
In business where small margins are the difference between winning and losing, communication is key.
